S.H.O.P MAC Lipstick - Innocence, Beware!
Last Tuesday, I went to MAC Richmond Centre for their VIP Shopping event with my friend. It was their prelaunch of their SHOP MAC, COOK MAC and Vera edition products. They just launched it few days ago, but people were be able to get them in advance. I saw a lot of nice stuff that I want but I really need to save up, so I only got a lipstick. I really love it when I swatched it in store. I wasn't be able to see the collection in their MAC website at first but when I googled it, I realized that it was one of their creamsheen lipstick from Venomous Villains edition. For those who missed that and wanted to try them, or for those who really like this colour but don't like the cartoon packaging from Venomous Villains edition, this would be great to pick it up now. I personally like their classic packaging better because it doesn't look as childish.
It's a sheer pink and peachy nude lipstick, if you don't like bright colour lipstick like me, I think you would like it. This is my 4th lipstick from MAC and I absolutely love it. =)

Review: RMS Beauty
RMS beauty is a new makeup brand that promote organic makeup. I first know about RMS beauty through Glymm. I was skeptical about it but I was curious, so I went ahead to get them last month using my $10 off purchases through Glymm website. They aren't cheap because the price range from $25 to $38. At first, I got their "Un"cover-up which is their concealer and one of their cream eyeshadow and I really love them. Last month, Glymm was having a coupon code for their subscribers and give out RMS Lip Shine in Bloom for free with any purchase, so I placed another order to get my free lip shine. How can I miss this since I really like RMS beauty. =) So I have 4 of them in total, so I decided to do a review on it.
"Un"cover-up is a cream based concealer. I really like this. I'm really picky about concealer because I have really bad dark eyes circle. The coverage of this isn't too great for covering dark eye circle but I do still like to use it after applying my concealer under my dark eye circle. It gives extra coverage and last longer. Some of you might think that it's a lot of makeup that I'm applying but the formula of this concealer is really moisturizing and it doesn't cake at all. Of course, I'm not applying whole lot of it. Just apply tiny bit to give move coverage on my dark circle. Just be careful with the amount. ^^
The next thing I got is the cream eyeshadow. I got the colour in Lunar and Myth. Lunar is a shimmer cream colour which is great to use it as a base for your eyelids and it does hold your eye makeup longer. It can also be use as a highlighter on your brow bone and cheek bone. Myth is a redish-brown colour I would say, I didn't really like it that much when I first swatched it and kinda disappointed but I still tried it on my eyelids and I really like it. I would apply this alone on the days that I don't want to have too much eye makeup on. You can also use this colour for bronzing too.Another thing that I like about these eyeshadow is that they don't really smudge crazily on me even though I have oily eyelids. The ingredients of them are really natural and moisturizing. They are made from Coconut oil, Beeswax, Jojoba seed oil, Cocoa seed butter and etc. I'm not sure if they are 100% non-toxic but at least I know what most of the ingredients are.

Overall, I really like RMS beauty products and they are organic and it is gentle to our skin, especially for those who have to wear makeup everyday. This would be a great option to pamper your skin with some gentle makeup. The packaging is nice and simple but I always have to flip it over to see if I'm getting the right one. =P So I always put them on the same spot, so I won't messed it up. The container might look small but it would last you forever. I would definitely repurchase them if I ever run out. ^^
That's it for my review on RMS beauty. Thanks for reading.

Review: January Glymm Box 2012
The most exciting thing of every month would be my Glymm box. As usual, it still a bit slow on the delivery. I got my box last week, but I was busy over the weekends because of Chinese New Yead, so I'm kinda late on this post. ^^
Kaia 100% biodegradable bamboo facial cleansing cloth is a makeup remover cloth. I'm really excited to try it out because the instruction sounds pretty interesting to me. It says use the front side of cloth to clean face and the back of the cloth to remove mascara and lipsticks. I wonder how would this work.
Vasanti BrightenUP! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator is a face exfoliator, just can't wait to try this out.
Cargo Eye Pencil in black, I did use this product over the week, I don't really like it. I found it smudging crazily even before I'm finish off my eye makeup. I have really watery eyes and oily eyelids. I think this didn't work out for me at all.
Anastasia Clear Brow Gel, I don't usually do my brow because I have pretty thick brow and I prefer them look natural. However, I would try it out when I need to fix it and keep them in place. ^^
Lastly, 2 Burt's bees Milk & Honey Body Lotion. I like any products with honey. I only tried Burt's bees lip balm and I didn't really like it. It's not that it's a bad product, it just not what I wanted compared to my Lypsyl Lipbalm. However, I would like to give this products a try. ^^
The disappointing of the box for this month would be the missing of their signature jelly beans. =( I want it back. I'm collecting them and it's one of the reason why I got Glymm box over the other boxes.
Anyway, that's it for the Glymm box for this month. Thanks for reading.

01/07/2012 OOTD
I was watching Vancouver Canucks VS Boston Bruins game before head out. It was their first game after the Stanley Cup Final. I was so happy that Canucks won at 4-3 and beat Boston. What a great revenge. ^^
Took a quick snap shot before leave the house.

The Body Shop Haul
I ordered some stuff online from The Body Shop on boxing day sale and finally it's here. It was 3 for $30 everything, and because my sister Tammy gave me the membership for my birthday, I got $10 off for my birthday month too. However, when I went to store, they said that I can't use that $10 off for the offers. When I got home, I tried to see if I can use them online, it worked. They actually took another $10 off for my birthday. So, I decided to use my $10 off online. Ordered quite a bit of stuff to get free shipping, but I guess It worth it because I only spent about $85 after tax for everything here that's worth over $200.
I got 10 items in total. I also get 10% off for everything with my membership card on top of the sales.
I got this Aloe & Soft Linen Scented Candle. I love the scent so much. <3
